" Situated in a quiet cul de sac this two bedroom semi detached bungalow, offers more than you would expect. The accommodation is deceptive and there is a large lounge with a gas effect log burning stove which heats the property adequately. It really is lovely and cosy inside!

Off the lounge is the replaced kitchen, with good cupboard space and even room for a dishwasher!
The lounge opens through to the first of the conservatories which has been used as a dining area but, would make an ideal study area or playroom just as well.

There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower fitted over the bath and accessed from the back door under the covered area outside, is a further conservatory/sun room which is lovely in the summer. It is fair to say the bungalow would benefit from some improvements although it is double glazed and the kitchen has been refitted. The rear garden is a great size and private.

It would make an ideal home for a young couple or family just starting out, who want a quiet village location or if you are slightly more mature it's a great area if you like to be in a village that offers lots of activities.

It also sits on a flat position so no hills to climb or slopes / steps to contend with.  Locally there is a path cutting through on to West Street giving close access to the village centre - ask Amanda here in the office if you'd like to know more.

The property is situated in the village of Weedon. Weedon itself is very nicely placed in the middle of England.A friendly community with lots of amenities, pubs, shops, doctors, pharmacy and hairdressers to name but a few.The main road networks are close at hand which makes commuting to anywhere very easy. Long Buckby railway station is only a short car journey away too.  The Grand Union Canal runs through the village - along with numerous bridleways and footpaths, so going for a walk is very easy.

These bungalows rarely come on to the market so don't miss out.Call Campbells today on 01327 878926 we will be happy to show you around.
