" Sundial Cottage is a delightful semi detached period house which bears a date stone of 1793 and is constructed of stone with a slate roof, together with a brick and tiled extension providing three bedroomed accommodation with two reception rooms, kitchen, cloakroom and bathroom. The property stands at the end of a no through village lane with an attractive private lawned garden and views over rolling north Northamptonshire countryside. The interior provides scope for modernisation and refurbishment and there is also potential to extend, subject to planning permission.

ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR RECEPTION HALL 14'3 x 6'11 (4.34m x 2.11m) Approached through a glazed door, the hall contains the stairs rising to the first floor and gives access to the lounge, the kitchen and cloakroom and internal access to the garage. CLOAKROOM 7'7 x 3'5 (2.31m x 1.04m) With a white suite of WC and bracket wash basin and with laminate flooring. HOW TO GET THERE From Northampton proceed in a northerly direction along the A508 Market Harborough Road passing the villages of Boughton and Pitsford and then continue straight on to the Brixworth bypass. At the roundabout to the north of Brixworth turn right signposted towards Scaldwell and Holcot and then first left signposted to Scaldwell. On entering the village continue in to the centre of the village along the High Street and then at The Green turn right into East End.
