" The Paddock is a deceptively spacious detached bungalow which stands in beautiful landscaped and private gardens located in the sought after village of Pitsford. The property is located in the heart of the village and is set well back from the road and approached down a long gravelled driveway which leads to a large parking area for two to three cars and the double garage. This bright and deceptively spacious property has been beautifully maintained and modernised throughout to create a warm and welcoming home. The property is well planned but would lend itself to further extension if required. There is a welcoming hallway which opens to a good size reception room overlooking the gardens this opens into the conservatory/sun room. There is also a separate spacious dining room which leads through to a smart fitted kitchen/breakfast room with a separate utility room.
To the rear of the bungalow are the bedrooms and a smart modern family bathroom with shower, there are three good size double bedrooms and a fourth single bedroom with fitted wardrobes.

The mainline station in Northampton is easily accessible with direct trains to Euston taking approximately 55 minutes, for road users the A14 connects to the M1.
