" This very attractive individual detached chalet bungalow was constructed in 1965 and has been occupied by the present owner since 1994. During this time many improvements have been carried out including the conversion of the loft space to provide two rooms on the first floor, together with the installation of PVCu double glazing. The three bedroomed interior has been well maintained by the present owner and includes two reception rooms, a kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, cloakroom and family bathroom and at the rear of the property there is an attached single garage. Fourways stands in an elevated position with well stocked lawned gardens which stand mostly to the south east and south west.

LOCAL AMENITIES . Within the village there is a Church of England Church, a Public House, a Doctor's surgery, Village Hall and there is The Guilsborough CE Primary School with secondary education at Guilsborough School. At nearby Spratton, there is the Spratton Hall Preparatory School, Butchers and General Stores. There are bus services to Northampton.
