" A very well presented modern three bedroomed detached property situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular residential area of Rectory Farm. The present owners have occupied the property since 2003 and during this time have improved the property by replacing all of the windows with UPVc double glazing, re-fitting the kitchen and bathroom, installing a new gas central heating system and carrying out a complete re-decoration programme. The accommodation comprises entrance hall, lounge and open plan kitchen/diner. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside there is a front garden and driveway providing off road parking leading to the single garage.
