" This attractive bay fronted Edwardian town house was constructed at the turn of the century and is situated in one of Northampton's most prestigious addresses overlooking Abington Park. Having been much improved and extended by the current owner, the property retains much of its original charm and character with original fireplaces and mahogany staircases. The accommodation is spread over four floors comprising an entrance hall, drawing room, dining room, study, kitchen with extended breakfast room and vaulted ceiling, converted basement of utility room and workshop, three double bedrooms on the first floor with bathroom and a master bedroom suite, comprising a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. As previously mentioned the property overlooks Abington Park and has an enclosed landscaped rear garden with a double length garage to the side. Viewing of this rarely available Edwardian property is highly recommended.

LOCAL AMENITIES . There are a variety of shops on the Wellingborough Road, including a supermarket, banks, fashion and furniture stores, newsagents and greengrocers as well as a bus service from the Wellingborough Road to Northampton town centre. Local schools include secondary schooling at Northampton School for Boys on the Billing Road and ample Primary schooling is available. Motorway access is via Rushmere Road and then Nene Valley Way to Junction 15. References to schools should not be taken to mean that the schools mentioned have places available.
