This unique stone cottage has been updated by its current owners yet the character has been retained. Entered via a solid wooden front door into the useful entrance lobby, which leads into the dining room. It is immediate apparent the features this property has to offer, with an exposed brick fireplace open for a wood burning stove. There is a large aperture to the lounge which has an inglenook fireplace and window to the rear aspect. The kitchen has been fitted with a range of solid wood units, inter grated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a Belfast sink. An added benefit is the utility area and downstairs w/c. A further reception room gives added space for a growing family. Stairs lead off the lounge downstairs to the cellar which has power and light and ample storage. Broughton is a small Northamptonshire village to the south of Kettering positioned off the A43. There are local schools and parks for children. Broughton has shops and public houses with the addition of busy Kettering and Northampton town centres offering all amenities. Kettering Venture Park offers a large supermarket,various retail outlets, cinema complex and is host to a number of restaurants. Kettering railway station is under four miles away with main line links into London St Pancras and Euro star. The property can be easily accessed from the A14 via junction 7. The A14 also links up to the M1,M6 and A1 with the A43 to Northampton.
