" A well presented and spacious three bedroom semi detached house that has been much improved by the current owners and benefits from a generous garden and single garage.

GROUND FLOOR A PVCu Entrance door leads to the hall from which stairs rise to the first floor and doors open to the living room and the dining/kitchen. The living room is to the front of the property and has a wood burning stove with a wooden mantle shelf and is open plan to the kitchen dining room. The kitchen/diner is fitted with a range of wall and base units with work surfaces over. There is space for a range cooker and the stainless steel one and a quarter bowl sink is positioned under the window. The integrated appliances include a fridge/freezer and there is space for a washing machine. There is a built in breakfast bar and two doors to the rear patio.
