" An extended 3 bedroom semi-detached house located within a sought after cul de sac close to local amenities. NO ONWARD CHAIN.

GROUND FLOOR The front door opens to an entrance hall with stairs rising to the first floor and a door leading through to the living room. The living room has a bow bay window looking out over the front with an open plan layout through to the dining room which benefits from; French doors to the rear garden, an under stairs cupboard and access to the kitchen.
