" A well presented 3 bedroom semi detached house situated West of Brackley town with garage, driveway parking and enclosed garden.

GROUND FLOOR A PVCu entrance door opens into the hall where stairs rise to the first floor and there is a multi paned glass door to the living room. The living room has a front aspect, an understairs cupboard and is open plan to the dining room. The dining room has sliding patio doors to the conservatory and a door through to the kitchen which is fitted with a range of wall and base units with surfaces over. There is a fitted four ring gas hob, built in dishwasher and fridge. There is a door to the rear garden and a double glazed window over the black 1 ? bowl sink and drainer. The conservatory has windows on two sides and double doors to the garden. There is also a radiator and Karndean flooring. FIRST FLOOR The upstairs landing has a double glazed window to the side aspect and doors to all rooms. Bedroom 1 is to the front and has a double built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is to the rear and has a door to the airing cupboard that houses the hot water cylinder. Bedroom 3 is to the front and has an over stairs storage cupboard. The family bathroom is to the rear, has full height tiling to all walls and is fitted with a modern white suite comprising bath with a thermostatically controlled shower over , pedestal wash hand basin and WC. GARDENS The garden is enclosed on three sides by close board wooden fences. There are lawn and patio areas and shrub and vegetable beds.
