" A well presented three bedroom semi detached house set at the end of this popular cul de sac less than a mile from Brackley Town Centre.

GROUND FLOOR The part glazed entrance door leads to the hallway with doors leading to all adjoining rooms. The living room is to the rear of the property with a double glazed window and patio doors leading to the garden and a feature electric fire. From here the stairs rise to the upper floor. The kitchen is to the front of the property and has been refitted with a range of wall and base units with surfaces over and under counter spaces for three appliances and space for a fridge/freezer. The former garage has been converted to a study and dining room which has a window to the front aspect. SECOND FLOOR The master bedroom is to the front of the property with views over toward Croughton and has one double and one single built in wardrobe and access to the en-suite shower room which is fitted with a shower cubicle pedestal, wash hand basin and wc. Bedrooms two and three are to the rear of the property and the family bathroom is fitted with a white three piece suite.
