" An extended, four bedroom semi detached property with front & rear gardens and parking.

GROUND FLOOR Entrance via a timber door which leads directly in to the hall. Having stairs to the first floor landing, laminate wood effect flooring, an opening to the under stairs storage cupboard and doors to the dining room and kitchen. The dining room has an alcove with a range of fitted cupboards and shelves and an opening to the living room, which is a dual aspect room, with double patio doors to the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of eye and base level cupboards and drawers with roll top work surfaces over and a breakfast bar. A one and a half bowl ceramic sink is set in to the work surface, there is an integrated dishwasher and space for a range cooker and an American style fridge/freezer. Ceramic tiled flooring which continues through to the utility room which is fitted with a range of cupboards in the same style as the kitchen, with a single sink and drainer, an integrated freezer (not currently working) and spaces for two appliances. Doors to the rear garden and the downstairs WC. FIRST FLOOR The first floor landing has access to the loft and doors to the four bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have windows with front aspects, bedroom two has a window with rear aspect, as well as the bathroom which is fitted with a white suite comprising; a low level WC, pedestal hand wash basin and a panel enclosed bath.
