" Well presented and spacious two bedroom, period terraced house, built around 1902, with a lovely south facing garden. Situated in a popular road within walking distance of shops and amenities. The house has many period features including fireplace with Open Fire and old beams on the ground floor.
The Entrance Hall has quarry tiled floor leading to a large under stairs cupboard. The Sitting Room has a lovely Open Fire and wooden floor which leads through a large arch way to the Dining Room with quarry tiled floor. The Kitchen has a tiled floor with modern units and oak work tops and has a built in Fridge and space for a large cooker. The Conservatory / Utility Room adjoins the Kitchen and lends itself to become a Breakfast Room.

Stairs lead from the Dining Room to the first floor landing, which gives access to 2 double bedrooms. The master Bedroom which looks to the front, has a feature fireplace and fitted oak wardrobes.
