" A beautifully presented, two bedroom semi detached family house with a good sized, enclosed rear garden and off street parking for two vehicles.

GROUND FLOOR A part glazed door gives access to the entrance hall, with stairs to first floor landing and a storage alcove. Laminate wood effect flooring and a door to the living room. The living room has an open fire with a tiled surround and wooden mantle, laminate wood effect flooring, a door to the under stairs storage cupboard and a door to the kitchen/diner; Fitted with a range of eye and base level cupboards with solid beech worksurfaces over and tiled splash backs. A round stainless steel sink with a single drainer is fitted in to the work surface, space for a slimline dishwasher and freestanding cooker with stainless steel hood above. There is also space for a dining table, ceramic tiled flooring and a door to the conservatory, which is currently used as a utility area and has space for a washing machine, a tall fridge/freezer and a further appliance. Glazed double doors and windows to the rear and side overlook and lead to the rear garden. FIRST FLOOR From the landing, doors lead to the bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom two is at the rear of the property overlooking the rear garden, next to bedroom two is the bathroom, which is fitted with a white suite comprising; a low level WC, pedestal hand wash basin and a corner bath with telephone style mixer tap and a hand held shower attachment.
