On the first floor there is a landing, master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and exposed timbers, second bedroom with exposed ceiling beam and refitted bathroom.

Situation
Croughton is located to the south east of Banbury on the Northamptonshire/Oxfordshire border. It offers all the usual amenities and facilities including a Co-op supermarket, public house, primary school & nursery and a strong community atmosphere. Further comprehensive facilities can be found in both Brackley and Banbury. Junction 10 of the M40 is within easy reach providing access to both London and Birmingham. Commuting by rail also gives access to London (Marylebone 60 minutes from Bicester)
