" A three bedroom semi detached Airy house situated on a small country lane offering development potential.

Airy houses are covered under the Defective Housing Act and the property will require a certified repair or redevelopment. As it is it is unlikely that mortgage funds will be able to be secured against the house therefore cash buyers or developers are sought.

The property occupies a plot of around 0.14 of an acre offering the scope to re-build a larger home and is the last one in a group of 6 homes on Longcroft Lane to be developed. Any development may be subject to planning consent.

This is a particularly nice location on the edge of the village with countryside views.

The Current House The current house is a post war 'Airy' home. It is a 3 bedroom semi detached house with accommodation set on two floors. The ground floor comprises hall, lounge, dining room and kitchen. The first floor comprises 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
