A very well presented family home situated on a quiet cul de sac in a central location within the popular market town of Towcester. A three bedroom semi detached property with spacious accommodation benefitting from double glazing and gas radiator heating. There is a kitchen / breakfast room measuring in excess of 15 foot which is well equiped including a stainless steel range cooker. Roberson Close is a quite cul de sac located off Baden Powell Crescent which in turn comes off St Lawrence Road and enjoys a good central position within Towcester. The front of the house overlooks a green with pleasant views across Towcester and is a ten to fifteen minute walk to Watling Street with its range of shops, boutiques and supermarkets, there is also a main post office and a selection of banks. For anyone looking to commute Towcester is a great base and enjoys a terrific central position giving you the ability to travel North,South,East or West and with good easy access to Milton Keynes, Northampton and Buckingham.
