Situation

The extremely popular new estate of 'Middlemore' is located on the outskirts of Daventry next to Drayton reservoir.  The estate has a local shop, public house and many picturesque walks on the doorstep.  Daventry is only a short drive away which provides all everyday needs and more.  Transport links are great from the area with good access to the M1 at junction 18 (North) and Junction 16 (South), the A5 is also a short drive.  A local bus service provides transport from Middlemore to Daventry, Rugby and Northampton.  There are also good train links listed above.

The Property

This is a new build property, built in 2011 to Persimmon's "Poppy Design" which includes many landmark features such as stone lintels and white timber double glazed windows throughout.

The property as you approach is symetrical in appearance and fully rendered in a cream finish.  The property has steps leading to the front door along with a stoned front area coupled with modern planting alongside a 6ft brick wall to the side.  The property also has a bay window to the side.

The next room on the second storey is the 2nd bedroom which is of good size and can comfortably take a double bed and comes with a single fitted cupboard, this room has a window to the front.

There are then stairs to the 3rd floor which has a landing area at the top suitable for use as a study area or reading area.

On the 3rd floor there are two almost equally sized bedrooms which can comfortably take double beds and both have views to the front of the property by dormer windows.

Externally the property has a driveway located around the back which can park two cars and a single garage for parking/storage.  To the side of the property there is a rear landscaped garden which is accessed from the kitchen, this mainly decking along with mature tropical planting.  The garden also has a built in water feature, automatic watering system and is low maintenance.
