" An extended detached family home located in a small cul de sac towards the edge of the village. The property is offered for sale with no onward chain.

Constructed in the 1970's with deceptive accommodation, this property offers well proportioned rooms owing to the extension to the rear elevation and addition of a conservatory. The property has been well maintained and modernised by the current owner and has contemporary feel.

Situation
Lower Boddington is located to the north of Banbury between the A423 and A361. Within the village there is a mix of period stone cottages and more recently constructed homes. There is a public house whilst in the neighbouring village of Upper Boddington there is a further pub and a primary school. The nearby market town of Banbury offers further shopping and recreational facilities. Access to the M40 can be gained at Banbury (Jct 11) or Gaydon (Jct 12). In Banbury there is also a mainline railway station to London Marylebone.
