" An individual three bedroom detached stone built property, located in a non estate position on the edge of the village with a view across a paddock to the front elevation. The property is constructed of stone beneath a slate roof with Upvc medium oak effect replacement windows. Internally the property offers a fitted kitchen with built in appliances and white shower room suite (with space for a bath). There is no onward chain.

Situation
Eydon is a rural conservation village located to the north east of Banbury. This small and pretty village contains stone cottages, many trees, the old stocks and commands good views across countryside. Much of Eydon was destroyed in 1651 by a fire which started in an ale house. Many of the fine ironstone buildings bear fire reddened marks. The Royal Oak public house has been serving ale since 1697. Commuting to London by train is via Milton Keynes or Banbury, and the M40 provides access to both London and Birmingham from Junction 11.
