" A very well presented two double bedroomed end of terrace Victorian property situated in a quiet road in the popular town centre location of The Mounts. The present owners have occupied the property since 2006 and during this time have carried out a number of improvements to include re-fitting of the kitchen and bathroom, installing a new gas combination central heating system, landscaping the garden and carrying out a complete re-decoration programme. The accommodation comprises entrance hall, lounge/diner, kitchen and cellar. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. LOCAL AMENITIES . Somerset Street stands close to Northampton town centre within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, cafes and public houses.
