" ***LARGE PLOT WITH OUTBUILDINGS*** This three/four bedroom detached dormer bungalow sits on a large plot with outbuildings and is nestled within the historic market gardens of Kelham Hall. Although the property was built in 1995 outside the gardens retain many of the original features from the Victorian stately home of Kelham Halls old market gardens to include the beautiful original garden gated entrance, brick built garden walls and the chimney which was used to heat the original greenhouses. The ground floor accommodation comprises of an entrance hall which leads to the lounge with a brick built fireplace, kitchen diner, conservatory, utility room, boot room, downstairs WC, bedroom one with an ensuite bathroom and a study which could be used as bedroom four. To the first floor there are a further two double bedrooms with a family bathroom. The property benefits from gas central heating and double glazing.
