Granby is an attractive village in the Vale of Belvoir with good communication links.

The property is a substantial four double bedroom detached two storey house in a secluded position next to open fields with extensive views. It is situated on the edge of a conservation area and is away from any roads.

Situated on a secluded, private site away from all roads with a commanding hill top position adjoining fields on the edge of the village with extensive views over open countryside this property has four double bedrooms (two en-suite), a galleried landing, bathroom, three reception rooms, hall, kitchen, utility room, cloakroom, double garage, and mature gardens with lawns, fruit trees and shrub borders. It is a two storey brick construction with slate roofing and gabled windows. It has gas fired central heating, pvc double glazing and an alarm system.

The property is situated at the head of a single width cul-de-sac and is approached through electric wrought iron gates along a 100 metre tree-lined private drive opening into a large area for turning vehicles and parking.

There is an alcoved entrance area to the room, a fireplace with gas stove and marble hearth, a built-in storage / display unit; 2 x TV points; CH radiator. Double patio doors give access to terrace, outdoor dining area and to the rear garden, and allow views across the fields.

Between the kitchen and living room is space for a large dining table.
