" This cosy three bedroom first floor flat has been a much loved family home and is brought to the market with no upward chain. Hebburn Metro, shops, bus routes and Carr Ellison park are all located within a short walk providing a great home for a variety of purchasers needing everything at hand. This lovely home is warmed via a back boiler gas central heating system which is serviced annually, is fitted with double glazing throughout and has a separate enclosed yard to the rear. The main roof covering was replaced around 10 years ago and the rear extension flat roof including guttering was replaced around 2years ago. An internal inspection reveals:- entrance hallway with stairs off, first floor landing with loft access, large master bedroom with two further spacious single bedrooms, lounge with gas fire, a fitted kitchen with some appliances included and a small rear lobby which leads through the to wet room which is fitted with a white suite.
