" ** SPACIOUS FOUR BEDROOM HOUSE ** located on Keswick Drive in Cullercoats. The property is available immediately on an UNFURNISHED basis, the property could also be offered furnished however, this would be at a higher monthly rent. Internally the property comprises; lounge, sitting room, sun room / dining area, kitchen, utility and separate WC to the ground floor whilst the bedrooms, (master bedroom has en-suite and dressing area), bathroom and separate WC are on the first floor. Externally there is a driveway to the front leading to a garage (storage only) whilst to the rear there is a pleasant garden. NO PETS.

Fees Initial tenancy fees to secure a property are ?150, which include; contract negotiations, processing the application, arranging the tenancy and drawing up the paperwork. There is also a charge of ?30 per reference (one reference per adult occupier) this includes previous landlord checks, credit credits & an affordability assessment. These fees once paid are NON REFUNDABLE and on a first come, first served basis.
