" Brannen and Partners are delighted to present to the market this three bedroom semi detached property located in the popular residential area of Monkseaton. Benefitting from double glazing and gas central heating, this will make an ideal family home. In brief the property comprises entrance hallway, living room, dining room, conservatory, downstairs WC and kitchen. To the first floor there are three bedrooms and bathroom. Externally there are front and rear gardens as well as off street parking for up to two cars and an attached single garage. Vendors comments We lived in this property as a family of four for up to 29 years. It is always welcoming and extremely comfortable. There are both primary and secondary schools located near by, as well as local shops and pubs. The Hunting Lodge, which is the nearest pub, boasts a friendly atmosphere and serves meals up to 8.00pm The West Monkseaton Metro station is within close proximity and parking is available. At the top of the street there is also a large playing field with a basket ball court. At the bottom of the street there is Crawford Park, which incorporates tennis courts and bowling greens. The Neighbours are very friendly and I personally socialised with them for a number of years prior to moving away from the area. The local Doctors surgery is extremely friendly and all doctors and staff are very approachable. There are Cycle tracks leading to Murton village, North Tyneside General Hospital etc. The property location is also close to the main roads leading into Whitley Bay, Cullercoats, North Shields and Tynemouth.
