" The owner says: Living on Plessey Crescent as a family has been an absolute pleasure. This mature and well established residential area is a quiet and safe place to live. The property is very close to the town centre with its shopping outlets and local amenities. The Metro is on the doorstep so access to Newcastle city centre and airport is very easy. There is an excellent choice of well-regarded schools in the area as well as being within walking distance to wonderful beaches, cafes and restaurants. As well as the brilliant location for all the family the house is one of the larger style semis on the Crescent. We love the breakfasting kitchen which has been extended from the original to create a great family area. The spacious, wood panelled hall is beautiful and the two main reception rooms are a very good size; they are separated by double doors so can be one large or two separate rooms. The double garage is a fantastic space currently used for storage but has the potential to be converted into a large reception room or en-suite/bedroom. The rear garden is approximately 90 x 40 and is mostly lawn with a large patio area. The loft room is a great additional space used as a playroom in the past but could be adapted to become a fourth bedroom/en-suite.
