The accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite, two further bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Outside there are open lawns to the front with driveway leading to the detached garage and to the rear there is a well stocked garden.

Location

The village of Seghill can be found between Cramlington and Seaton Delaval. There are local shops and schools within the village, with a more extensive shopping and leisure facilities in Cramlington and Whitley Bay town centres. Seghill is located with access to all major road links within the north east particularly the A1 and A19.

Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac is this well maintained detached bungalow which is well worthy of an internal inspection.
