" A beautifully appointed two bedroom house which has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and will definitely appeal to the first time buyer. The house has double glazing and gas combi heating with radiators and the accommodation briefly comprises; entrance lobby, lounge, dining kitchen with french doors which opens into the rear garden. Upstairs there is a landing which opens into two bedrooms and a modern three piece bathroom/wc. A gravelled driveway is located to the front with a lovely lawned garden located at the rear. This home is beautifully appointed and we have no hesitation in recommending an internal viewing.

Entrance lobby Access to the home is via a upvc entrance door. Lounge With a radiator and a double glazed window which overlooks the front aspect. A modern style fire is fitted to the chimney breast with an electric fire fitted inset. An internal door opens into the dining kitchen.
