Love Lane is situated on the Quayside in a central location next to the Law Courts (between the Tyne Bridge and the Millennium Bridge). This warehouse style apartment block is ideally situated for local restaurants, bars, city centre shopping areas, theatres, the Baltic Arts Venue, The Sage Music Centre, universities and transport links, as well as all the many other amenities that cosmopolitan city living has to offer. The apartment is situated on the third floor is accessed by lift or stairs from the secure main entrance lobby. It has an entrance hall, leading to a double bedroom, newly refitted bathroom, a lounge/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen. Central heating and hot water is provided by a gas fired Valliant combi boiler (fitted in November 2010) which is covered by a 5 year parts and labour guarantee.
