" This fabulous three-bedroom Victorian mid-terrace house (1,918 sq ft) has been refurbished by the designer Emma Wilson with great attention to detail.

Accommodation is arranged over three floors. The ground floor has been opened out to create a double-aspect reception room and dining area, with a Victorian bay window at the front and modern fully glazed folding doors to the rear, which open onto the patio garden. The kitchen is located in an extension โ€“ it features a bespoke folded concrete worktop, an Aga, and a traditional butcher's block, and also has access to the garden.
