" This property is located just off of Stoke Newington Road. All amenities are close by including a range of shops, restaurants and cafes. There are also excellent transport links within walking distance including various bus routes and Dalston Kingsland train station. The property itself is an older style, 3 bedroom family home which is set over 2 floors. It consists of 2 reception rooms, a kitchen/diner, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a rear garden. It does require some cosmetic work inside but has the potential to be a fabulous family home.

We have owned and lived in this property for just over 20 years now and it has been a lovely family home.
We love the character the house has and the location is just perfect. All amenities are close by and the range of public transport make travelling further afield quick and simple.
We will miss this house as it holds many memories but the time has come for us to move on, we hope whoever purchases it loves it like we do.
