What the Owner says:

When we purchased this flat the thing we liked most was the huge, bright, airy space. The attic allows massive storage which was a great bonus for us.
There is potential to convert the space and to have a 2 bedroom flat with a roof terrace (STP).
We also loved the location of this property as all amenities are close by including Church Street's entertainment, Springfield Park and canal, Stoke Newington station, 3 main supermarkets and a GP practice. We love our flat as it is in a quiet, safe area and includes everything we need.
