Both are to the front, with large windows in dormer projections, and these bright, coomb-ceilinged apartments are of generous size, one having a built-in wardrobe, the other a full range of built-in cupboards etc along one wall.

Externally, a driveway from the roadside leads along the front of the house to the rear garden and to the detached garage, and is flanked by areas of lawn and planted beds with a selection of mature trees and shrubs. Attached to the garage is a range of brick outhouses, four in total in the block, providing scope for workshops, tool storage etc. and one housing the tank for the central heating system. To the other side of the garage is a further area of lawn, screened by mature trees/hedging and quite private.
