Derby Wynd is a popular development which is well positioned for gaining fast access to a selection of amenities in Carfin, New Stevenson and Motherwell. Holytown rail station is just a few minutes away and offers regular services to Glasgow Central. The M8 motorway is also within a short driving distance.

1. My favourite room is the spacious living room, which has been great for entertaining. The large dual aspect windows give a lovely flow of light throughout the day and provide a great view down towards Motherwell and beyond.
2. The flat already has great storage but the partially floored loft space with integrated ladder has been very convenient.
3. I had a NEST system fitted when I upgraded the boiler, it learns your routine, coming home to a pre-warmed home sounds trivial but in reality is great on those cold days.
4. Convenience, there are a range of shops all within walking distance (Carfin Retail Parade) and easy access to both the M74 and M8 motorways. Everything you need is on your doorstep.
5. The communal flat gardens are well maintained and secluded, for the rare days when you want to sunbathe in peace!
