" This spacious and sympathetically modernised semi detached villa is set amidst great sized gardens and is located within the admired North Lodge district of Motherwell.

The property retains several of the traditional period features including the stained glass porthole window within the hall and the wood panelling within the front bay window. A modern fitted kitchen has been installed which is of generous dining proportion and incorporates a range of integrated appliances. Plans have been drawn up to extend the house should additional accommodation be required (plans available upon request).
