Country Properties are pleased to offer for rent this spacious two bedroom flat in the ever-popular Hawthorns development situated in the heart of Flitwick. Only a five-minute walk to the mainline train station as well as all local amenities, this flat is in a perfect location for professionals and families alike.

The property opens into a central hallway with storage and airing cupboards, the lounge is at the end and is light and airy due to the double doors leading to the small balcony area which catches the sun beautifully. To the right of the lounge is the kitchen with integrated fridge freezer and freestanding washing machine and dishwasher.

There are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite with shower, basin and WC and finally a family bathroom with bath, basin and WC.

The flat also comes with an allocated parking space behind secure gates at the entrance to the development.

Country Properties require a holding deposit equivalent to 1 week's agreed rent to reserve the property.
