Cranfield village is home to a small airport and Cranfield

excellent access to both junctions 13 and 14 of the M1 and the A421

Our View
When we first saw this bungalow we could not believe the size,
its very individual. It offers you a whole host of spacious rooms
that can be adapted to suit your life style, so if you don't need
the five bedrooms the other rooms could offer you a study, play
room, snug or arts and crafts studio. The lounge, dining room and
conservatory are all rooms with lovely double doors off them. The
kitchen/breakfast room we particularly loved because it has a range
of cupboards and it can accommodate all of your appliances, so its
good for cooking in, entertaining or just chilling out with the
family. Upstairs you have lots of skylights allowing a lot of
natural light in and it has this nice master bedroom with its
ensuite off of it with feature beams, spotlighting, separate shower
cubicle and a fantastic modern rolled edge bath. The other nice
thing about the upstairs is the spare bedroom could be converted in
to a very nice dressing room allowing you to keep the top floor all
to yourself. Outside the garden does not disappoint you, being

Directions :-
Follow Bedford's High Street south out of Bedford going over the
Town Bridge, taking your third exit right at the next roundabout on
to the A6 Ampthill Road. Proceed straight down Ampthill road
through the major junction passing the Mercedes Dealership on the
right hand side and head out to the roundabout on the A421
South-western bypass. At this roundabout, take your Keep straight
on to A5141 /Ampthill Road fourth exit on to slip road of the
bypass and stay on the dual carriageway until you see the left hand
slip road left signposted towards Cranfield/Marston Moretaine. At
the roundabout, take your 4th exit on to Beancroft Road. At the
second roundabout, take your first exit and proceed along Beancroft
Road up to the next T junction of Marston Hill/Bedford Road. Turn
left towards Cranfield and follow it all the way in to the village.
As you come in to the village the road bends round to the left, as
you approach this bend turn right in to Crane Way and you have
reached your destination.
