Upstairs you have an ensuite to master bedroom, three more excellent sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. Other nice points to mention are, the lounge has attractive wood flooring with a bay window and feature fireplace. The kitchen also has a fitted breakfast bar and the property is neutrally decorated inside and has been well looked after by its current owners. Outside you have a lovely sized rear garden with integral garage and driveway. Abbeyfields is renowned for its local school, field walks and road links towards the A1 and M1. The property is located in the highly popular Abbeyfields development renowned for its local access to a good established lower school, various different fields for walks and easy access to the bypass. At the next roundabout proceed straight over and take your right hand turn off of the third mini roundabout in to Halesowen Drive. You have reached your destination.
