" As an estate agent I see many houses but I can honestly say that, in terms of finish and specification, this beautifully renovated family home is in my top 5%. With everything recently finished to very high standard, this really is a house you can just move into - even the white goods are included.

Within the last 6 years the house has been rewired, re-plumbed and fitted with a new central heating system. The kitchen has been refitted, as have the bathrooms, and it has also been tastefully decorated throughout and fitted with new quality laminate flooring and carpet downstairs and new carpets upstairs. And unusually for an older house, it also enjoys all the mod cons including ensuite to the master bedroom, downstairs WC, wireless central heating control and even a wine cooler in the utility area!

Which means no odd jobs for him, so he has time to spend chatting with the friendly neighbours, tinkering in the big workshop or cooking the family BBQ on the sun deck.

Meanwhile mum can relax with the comfort of knowing that the youngest family members are playing safely in the secure back garden, whilst for older kids there is a recently renovated park just 100m away. Buckingham town centre is less than a 10 minute walk away (although for those forgotten essentials there's a convenience store just along the road) and it is within catchment for all of Buckingham's highly-regarded schools.
