" The property, set behind a high mellow brick wall with automatic timber gates, is an attractive detached family house with whitened brick elevations and timber cladding to the first floor, all under a pantiled roof.   Internally the house has stunning ground floor open plan accommodation of the Kitchen, Dining Room & Sitting Room all with terracotta tiled floors. Bifold glazed doors to two sides of the Dining Room open the house to the garden. The Kitchen is newly fitted with handmade, hand painted units with granite surfaces and a superb Rangemaster cooking range. The Sitting Room has a raised seating area and electric flame effect fire. There is an inner hall leading to the Drawing Room which has a log burning stove and a lovely walnut bookcase with a retractable flat screen TV. Downstairs is a Guest Bedroom suite, a Study/Bedroom 6 and a Bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms (one en-suite) and a family bathroom are on the first floor. The bathrooms are beautifully fitted with white units with chrome fittings.

Situation
The village of Little Horwood has a church, village hall, tennis court and a public house. Primary schools can be found in the nearby villages of Mursley and Great Horwood.
The nearby towns of Buckingham and Winslow offer a range of educational (including the Royal Latin Grammar School in Buckingham), shopping and leisure facilities.
