" A modern three bedroom semi-detached house with garage and a conservatory extension located on the sought after Burgess Gardens. The property has accommodation set over two floors and is well presented throughout. It comprises an entrance hall, lounge, kitchen/breakfast room and a conservatory/dining room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there are well maintained gardens to front and rear, a garage and driveway. The property is within the catchment area of, and a short walk to, Green Park Junior School and Ousedale Secondary School and sixth form. Immediate viewing is recommended to avoid disappointment.

Ground Floor An entrance hall has a port-hole window to the side and a door to the lounge.

The lounge is located to the front and has an understairs cupboard, stairs to the first floor and a door to the kitchen/breakfast room.
