The Property

Situated in the ever-popular area of Woolstone, the property forms a two storey detached dwelling constructed by Messrs. Jarvis Homes in 1989.

The property offers flexible accommodation with spacious entrance hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen/utility room, large double bedroom/family room, further bedroom/study and bathroom to the ground floor and to the first floor, two further double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) and separate family shower room. There is also a very large storage cupboard off of the landing, which measures 16' 10" x 4'9" and abuts the ridge of the double garage. Subject to Planning Permission, building consents and architect's approval, it is our opinion that there is potential for extension and conversion to create space above the double garage for additional accommodation.

Woolstone is one of the original villages prior to the inception and expansion of the new town of Milton Keynes. Over the past thirty years or so, the village has expanded and now blends a mixture of modern and sometimes contemporary detached properties with mature and period properties, which formed part of the original village.

Despite now being part of the new town of Milton Keynes, Woolstone still enjoys a 'village feel' and has two thriving public houses and surrounding the village is a network of beautiful walks, including the Ousel River Valley Walk, the Grand Union Canal and within two miles or so you can access Willen Lake.

Central Milton Keynes can be found just one mile distant and provides an array of shopping and leisure facilities, including a 'Snowdome', multiplex cinema, thriving theatre and a mixture of cafรฉs, bars, restaurants and clubs, to cater for everybody's needs.

Communications are excellent, with the A5 trunk road some 2ยฝ miles distant, junction 14 of the M1 1ยฝ miles distant and Central Milton Keynes has a mainline station providing a fast and frequent service into London Euston and the north of England.

Heading east on the H6 (Childs Way) from Central Milton Keynes, cross the roundabout junction of the H6 (Childs Way) and the V8 (Marlborough Street), at the next roundabout take your 2nd exit (straight across) and after a couple of hundred yards or so turn right (sign posted 'Woolstone'). Upon crossing the dual carriageway into Woolstone, bear right into Pattison Lane and number 86 can be found some 500 yards distant.
