" A three bedroom semi detached bungalow in a sought after location within walking distance of the town centre and a short walk to the picturesque walks on the riverside meadows.

The accommodation is set on a single level and comprises an entrance hall, lounge, kitchen, shower room and three bedrooms one of which can serve as a dining room in required. Outside the property has attractive gardens to the front and rear with a driveway providing off-road parking for two cars and a carport. Bungalows are rarely available and viewing is recommended to avoid disappointment.

Accommodation The entrance hall has a storage cupboard and an airing cupboard and doors lead all rooms.

The lounge is located to the rear and has doors opening to the rear garden.

The kitchen is fitted in a range of units to wall and base levels with roll-top worksurfaces over and an inset sink/drainer. Window and door to the side aspect.

There are three bedrooms in all, two double and one single.
