Our View

Houses don't sit on the market for long in this area of Bapchild so if this looks like it ticks most of your boxes we'd advise you book your viewing early! In our opinion this is a family friendly house in a family friendly area. The estate comprises mainly three and four bedroom detached houses and is nicely established with a bit of an exclusive feel to it. There are several areas of greenery and a purpose built play area for children just up the road. The main selling points with this house other than the lovely location are the double bedrooms and the three reception rooms. The fact that the house is so well maintained and presented also mean that it's ready to move in to and for any new owner to simply put their own mark on it as they go along.
