" A superb example of a well maintained home, nicely tucked away within a popular cul de sac in Newington village. This property is a 'stones throw' away from the train station and a such offers great road and rail access. With the additional benefit of two allocated off road parking spaces situated at the rear of the property.

The accommodation comprises of entrance hallway with staircase leading to the first floor, a kitchen to the front with a pleasant outlook over neighbouring properties and a courtyard. The lounge is to the rear of the property and measures 15ft x 14ft. The vendor informs us that the garden is south facing and so this room benefits from natural light through the day.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, at present the front room is used as the main bedroom and the back room as a home office. In between these rooms is a quality shower room refitted a couple of years ago to a very high standard with double shower cubicle.

In our opinion this property is in immaculate condition and is ready to move straight into making it ideal for first time buyers or those looking to downsize in comfort.
