" Guide Price ?250,000 - ?260,000. This lovely three bedroom terraced house is in immaculate condition throughout and would make an ideal family home or first time purchase. Located in the popular village of Lower Halstow; Landrail Road is a quiet cul-de-sac made up of similar properties and has a comforting neighbourhood feel. The property comprises entrance porch leading into the good sized living room with feature bay window overlooking the open green space to the front of the house. This flows through to the newly fitted, modern kitchen with integrated appliances including two Bosch fan assisted electric ovens, a Bosch induction hob, a Bosch washing machine, a Neff dishwasher, a downdraft extractor and an inline filter to the kitchen tap. The kitchen has been beautifully finished with high white gloss units, grey tiles and spotlights. There is space for a freestanding American style fridge/freezer and access to the downstairs cloakroom which has also been recently updated. From the kitchen you access the conservatory which was added in January 2019, using thermal Celsius glass. It is fully insulated to the floor and walls meaning it can be used all year round creating a wonderful extra living space. There is plenty of space for a six seater dining table and chairs and access to the rear garden. The ground floor has wooden laminate flooring throughout.
