I have owned the property for the last 30 years and have enjoyed living here in all that time.The development has become an established area for young couples, single people or famillies due to its convenience and central location.I have done a lot of work to the property in the last 6 years including extending to the side of the property, updating the boiler, adding a conservatory and re-fitting the bathroom.I am only looking to move due to wanting to down size but I am going to truly miss this property as I have fantastic neighbours and that I have been here for so long.
