" Excited is not the word! This lovely extended four bedroom semi is a gem waiting to be discovered. This house is abundant with period features such as bay windows, picture rails and original fireplaces. The house has been decorated in keeping with the cottage feel of the house and has been finished to a very high standard. The rear garden which is approximately 130' in length is another jewel in the property's crown, offering established trees, plants and shrubs, providing shelter from the neighbouring properties. The extension to the house has to offer a large lounge with views over the front and rear of the property which means there are three reception rooms ideal for a growing family. The now master bedroom is also in the extended part of the property measuring approximately 28' in length. There is a gravel drive to the front for off road parking for several vehicles. The house will not be available for long due to its superb condition and we recommend you call at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.

We bought this house due to the location and closeness to the High Street. We have added a double storey extension to the side of the house making it more suitable for our family. Also our house has great kerb appeal with its large bay fronted windows and pretty front garden. We also have a dog and he loves running about the 130' rear garden. We tried to keep as many original features as possible, to the extent that we added our own fireplace with wood burning stove to the extended part of the house so that we kept the 1900's flow throughout.
