Ideally placed between Rainham and Gillingham, Gillingham town centre is approximately two miles distant with it's mainline station and good variety of shops. Gillingham Strand is approximately two and a half miles distant with it's outdoor swimming pool, many leisure activities and fine riverside walks. Chatham Dockside outlet centre is approximately three and a half miles distant with it's cinema complex, fine restaurants and excellent shopping facilities. Rainham town centre is approximately two and a half miles distant with it's mainline station and compact and concise shopping centre providing for everyday needs. The A2/M2 motorway networks are also a short drive providing easy access to London and the south coast.

At the large roundabout with Tescos as a focus point, take the first exit into Twydall Lane and the property can be found approximately two hundred yards down on the left hand side.
